Deoli Watches & Co. - Official Return Policy

At Deoli Watches & Co., we are committed to offering our customers luxury timepieces with complete transparency, trust, and product integrity. As part of our service promise, we provide a 15-day return policy for eligible purchases. However, due to the nature of high-value and collectible items, our return policy is subject to strict guidelines to protect both the buyer and the vendor.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a valid and authorized return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated and approved within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be in the exact condition in which it was shipped.

  • All original packaging, including sealed manufacturer boxes, tamper-proof stickers, tags, manuals, certificates, warranty cards, and protective films, must be intact and unbroken.

  • The watch or item must not be worn, used, resized, polished, opened, altered, or modified in any way.

  • The item must match the serialized product sent to the client. We record all serial numbers, reference numbers, and details of the original item shipped.

  • Any accompanying accessories (links, boxes, pouches, authentication paperwork) must also be returned in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after the 15-day return window.

  • The product shows any signs of wear, tampering, or modification.

  • The packaging has been opened or any seals have been broken.

  • The item received does not match the original item sent, based on Deoli Watches & Co. records.

  • The product was purchased as a final sale, noted explicitly at checkout.

  • The return shipment was made without prior written authorization from our team.

3. Return Authorization Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@deoliwatches.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Wait for written approval and return instructions, including the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  4. Carefully pack the item using the original packaging and materials.

  5. Ship the product within 3 business days of return authorization using a trackable and insured courier service.

Items returned without an RMA or proper documentation will be refused.

4. Inspection & Processing

Upon receiving the return, Deoli Watches & Co. will perform a comprehensive inspection to verify the following:

  • The item is unworn and unaltered

  • Serial numbers and security markings match the original shipment

  • All packaging and accessories are returned in original condition

This inspection process may take 2 to 15 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

If the return is rejected, we will notify the customer and arrange to return the item at the customer’s expense.

5. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded only to the original payment method. Shipping fees, insurance, handling costs, and payment processing charges (including credit card and PayPal fees) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

A restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied to cover inspection, handling, and relisting costs.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Insurance coverage of the returned item

  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during transit

Deoli Watches & Co. is not liable for loss or damage incurred during return shipping.

7. Fraud Prevention & Liability

To protect our business and our customers:

  • All products are photographed, documented, and logged prior to shipping.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious return activity may result in denied service, blacklisting, and legal action.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy terms or appears to be a risk to our operations.
